Founder & Engineer
Our Founder, Andrew Sharp, started Red Fox Construction & Contracting in 2018 to offer dedicated and professional temporary works services to Employers, Designers and Contractors. Awareness and understanding of temporary works is rapidly growing within our industry, yet expertise in the construction sector can often not keep up with new regulations and best practice.
Andrew works as a problem solver and is passionate about improving construction methodology and eliminating the most common forms of delay on construction projects. In 2019, Red Fox Construction & Contracting started offering full construction project management to our clients, helping to remove obstacles and improve progress on construction sites.
Red Fox Construction & Contracting
We provide full project management and construction management for small and medium sized projects. Our experts engage in all phases from conception to completion: working as an extension of the Client team or supporting the Main Contractor through delivery.
Our approach is collaborative, inclusive and always professional. We promote effective working relationships between all parties and ensure that effective communication is prioritised in every project.
Red Fox Construction & Contracting works in the UK and internationally, and our project management team are experienced in delivering projects worldwide, often in remote locations.
Our experience in project management and knowledge of successful delivery, coupled with in-house specialist support from our qualified temporary works and lift planning professionals, allows us to comprehensively and consistently deliver projects on time and to budget.
